Oxford dictionary defines sport as ‘an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment’. While it is imperative that maintaining a good physique is recommended, having a ‘hot bod’ is not necessary. People can have several valid problems for not being able to maintain their physique but that doesn’t give anyone the right to undermine them.
